LES MILLS GRIT ™ Athletic is a 30-minute High Intensity Training (HIIT) designed to improve athletic performance. We use a step and combine explosive dumbbell exercises, body weight exercises in a multi-dimensional type of training, to increase overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and explosion!
