1. What is My Bene-FIT?

My Bene-FIT is Holmes Place's rewards program. This is a free provision of HOLMES PLACE EAST MED B.V. with the aim of rewarding members of the scheme with immediate benefits and free services.

2. Who is eligible to become a member of the My Bene-FIT program?

All active Members of Holmes Place can register for the program, as long as they are over 18 years old and have a Greek mobile phone number, which is also the key element of their identification as Members of the reward program.

3. How do I become a My Bene-FIT Member?

To become a Member of the program, you must be an active Member of Holmes Place Fitness Clubs. You can then go to the Reception of the Club in which you are subscribed, to register for the rewards program, using your mobile phone number and your Holmes Place Membership Card as identification.

4. How does My Bene-FIT rewards program work?

The reward program is structured in 3 levels: "Silver Member", "Gold Member", "Platinum Member", in which you are ranked according to the points you collect from your workouts and purchases at Holmes Place, as well as from other special occasions (such as, e.g. awarding points on your birthday), in a rolling twelve-month period from the day of registration. Each level corresponds to specific benefits, such as free services.

With 1,000 to 1,999 points: you rank in the first Silver Member level, enjoying the privileges of this level.

By collecting 2,000 points to 3.999 points: you rise to the Gold Member level and gain access to the privileges of this level.

By collecting 4,000+ points: you rise to the Platinum Member level and gain access to the privileges of this level.

The level and corresponding benefits are maintained for the next 12 months. At the end of the 12-month period, a re-evaluation is performed based on your points during this period and you enjoy again the privileges of the level you now belong to for the next 12-month period.

5. What are the benefits of the My Bene-FIT program?

Depending on the level you rank in, you have access to specific privileges. You can see the benefits of My Bene-FIT here

6. How do I collect points?

As a member of the program, you collect points as follows:

 

●5 points for every €1 of purchases, for example, if you make a transaction worth €30, you will get 150 points (membership contract renewals are excluded), for the first 2 levels, Silver and Gold Member

●10 points for every €1 of purchases (contract renewals excluded), for the 3rd level, Platinum Member. For example, if you make a transaction worth €30, you will get 300 points

●20 points on every workout at Holmes Place Club

●20 points in each Personal Training session (per session)

●50 points if you are a Top Member of the Month (over 20 workout sessions at Holmes Place Club each month)

●25 points with a Holmes Place Membership

●60 points with a 1 Year Membership

●100 points with a 1 Year PT Membership

 

Points last for 12 rolling months from the date of acquisition and then reset to zero.

7. What do I agree to if I participate in the My Bene-FIT program?

By participating in My Bene-FIT you accept the program's Terms of Use.

8. How does the company use my personal information?

Members' personal information is kept and used exclusively for the purposes of the program. E.g. to verify information, to receive and possibly send gifts, as well as to inform Members about promotional / advertising actions of the company. 9. Are there limits on purchases?

There are no limits to the purchases you can make as a Member and consequently to the corresponding points you will earn through them.

10. How do I redeem my level’s benefits?

As a My Bene-FIT Member, you are informed about your privileges upon joining each new level of the program via e-mail, Viber or SMS. The corresponding coupons are activated in your account. To receive the privilege of your choice, you visit the Holmes Place Club you are a Member of, inform the Reception, submit your mobile phone number as identification and request the privilege you wish to redeem.

11. How can I "burn" my points to get a coupon?

To burn your points, in order to obtain a voucher, you must visit Holmes Place Club, inform Reception, provide your mobile phone number as identification and request the privilege you wish to redeem.

12. What is needed for the points to be transferred to my account?

As long as you are registered with My Bene-FIT, the points are credited to your account automatically.

13. Can I have more than one My Bene-FIT account?

Your My Bene-FIT account is personal and linked to a unique mobile phone.

14. Can my account be transferred to a third party?

Your My Bene-FIT account is personal and cannot be transferred in any way to a third party.

15. How do I update my points?

To find out your total points, you can contact the Reception of the Holmes Place Club of which you are a Member.

16. How do you recognize my Holmes Place Club account?

Once you have become a Member, we can identify your account in the program based on your mobile phone number.

17. Do the points I acquire have an expiry date?

The points you acquire are valid for 12 months. Accordingly, the privileges at each level last for 12 months from the day you join that level.

18. What happens to my points and level participation after 12 months?

After 12 months, the privileges expire and the level you belong to is reviewed based on the purchases you made during this time period and the points you earned from workouts, memberships and on all the above ways of collecting points. You are automatically entitled to the privileges of your new level for the next 12 months.

19. What can I do if I believe my points have not been transferred correctly?

In this case you can contact your Holmes Place Club and inform Reception with a relevant request.

20. Do the benefits have a monetary value? Can they be redeemed with cash?

Program benefits have no monetary value and as such cannot be redeemed with cash.

21. Can program benefits be changed?

It is at the sole discretion of Holmes Place to change the terms of the program. You can find out about the current gifts and benefits from the Holmes Place Clubs Receptions.

22. Can my participation in the program end?

Membership in the My Bene-FIT rewards program does not expire while the program is active. For more information, visit the program’s Terms of Use

23. Can the program be terminated?

The company reserves the right, unilaterally, to suspend or interrupt the program at any time and for as long as it deems necessary. In this case, the participants of the program do not retain any claim.

24. What happens to my benefits if the program is terminated?

In the event the program is terminated, all privileges automatically expire.

25. If I no longer wish to be a Member of My Bene-FIT, how do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your participation in My Bene-FIT, inform your Club’s Reception.
