Viniyoga - Welcome the Day
Start out your day with this mild Yoga class that
combines physical exercise, breathing techniques and meditation. You will
improve your observation by means of breathing, with an aim to unify mind and
body. The positions (asana) last for a longer period of time, thus giving the body
the ability to perform deeper stretches. Emphasis is given to the vertebral
column. This course will prepare you for the day ahead by giving you the
strength, lucidity and energy you will need.
Vinyasa Flow
This is a dynamic Hatha Yoga class where movement is
connected with breathing rhythm. In this class, particular emphasis is given to
the alignment of the body, in order to achieve harmony with its environment by
means of continuous movement. In a physical level, the maximum of our ability is
achieved when mind, body and breathing are in harmony. The Vinyasa rhythm
creates heat which helps our body reject toxins. Correct body posture, flexibility,
strength, cardiovascular frequency, concentration and serenity are only a few of
the benefits of Vinyasa Flow Yoga.

Tai Chi
