BODY CIRCUIT/ CIRCUIT TRAINING
A class mainly addressed to individuals who love high intensity training, including muscle strengthening exercises for the whole body in many repetitions, interrupted by frequent aerobics intervals.

DANCE CONDITIONING
A program which combines Pilates, Yoga, Stretching and strengthening exercises. Ideal for gaining a shapely body, relieved from muscular pains.
